Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Customers must notify Yeti Coatings at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule an appointment. Last-minute rescheduling may result in additional fees.

2. Cancellation Policy
Customers have 3 business days to cancel after signing the agreement without penalty. After materials are purchased or the job is scheduled, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Surface Conditions
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the concrete surface is free of water leaks, moisture issues, plumbing problems, or structural damage. Yeti Coatings is not liable for coating failures caused by underlying concrete conditions.

4. Warranty
Our coating warranty covers peeling, flaking, and delamination caused by product failure or improper installation.
It does not cover: cracks from foundation movement, hot-tire lifting due to tire chemicals, stains caused by chemicals, abuse, neglect, or extreme temperature changes.

5. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure the job. The remaining balance is due upon job completion. Payments not made within 24 hours may incur late fees.

6. Job Completion
Customer must inspect the project upon completion. If any concerns arise, they must be reported within 24 hours. After that, the job is considered accepted.

7. Garage Access
Customer agrees to provide clear access to the garage and driveway. All vehicles, appliances, and personal items must be removed before the appointment.

8. Cure Time
Light foot traffic is allowed after 24 hours.
Vehicles may return after 48–72 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.

9. Color & Flake Variations
Epoxy and polyaspartic coatings may show slight variations in color and flake distribution. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

10. Liability
Yeti Coatings is not responsible for:

• Damage to items left in the garage

• Pre-existing concrete cracks

• Moisture or vapor issues under the slab

• Damage caused by customer neglect or misuse

11. Right to Use Photos
Customer grants Yeti Coatings permission to use before-and-after photos of the project for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
